Distinguished awards to Maldives at Traveler's Choice Awards

Baros Maldives Resort has won a coveted award at the Traveler's Choice Awards, which are based on the reviews left by tourists on TripAdvisor.

Traveler's Choice Awards 2018 has released the results for the category, Hotels, where a number of Maldivian resorts have been listed.

And so leading the list for the Top 25 Luxury Hotels in the World is Baros Maldives Resort. The 13th place on the list is also taken on the list by a Maldivian resort, Gili Lankanfushi.

The first resort opened in the Maldives, Kurumbaa Maldives Resort was at the no. 10 position of the Top 25 All-Inclusive Resorts. The 20th spot on that list was taken by Club Med Kani.

And while Baros Maldives secured no. 13 on the list of Top 25 Hotels for Roamnce, no. 19 of that list was taken by Kandholhudhoo Maldives. Baros Maldives also took no. 24 on the list of Top 25 Hotels for Service.

Nine resorts in the Maldives made on the different international lists of the Traveler's Choice Awards 2018. However, only three Maldivian resorts made it to the Traveler's Choice Awards 2017.
