MMPRC ready for five exhibitions abroad in January

Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation (MMPRC) has said that they are ready for the five tourism exhibition fairs set for this January.

MMPRC held an information session today for the local participants in these fairs.

Fairs the MMPRC will be taking part this month include the international tourism fair, Fitur 2018, being held in Madrid, Spain, from 17-21 January, where 38 representatives from 22 Maldivian companies would be taking part in.

Another fair this month is the FESPO 2018 being held in Zurich, Switzerland, from 25-28 January, where 19 representatives from 12 companies would be joining the MMPRC.

MMPRC is ready for the largest travel show in the Asia Pacific region, OTM 2018. From 18-20 January, Mumbai, India, will be hosting the fair with 22 representatives from 13 Maldivian companies.

From 25-28 January, EMITT Tourism Fair 2018 will be hosted in Istanbul, Turkey. MMPRC said that 16 representatives from eight companies will be taking part in the fair.

The fifth tourism fair this January is the Boot Travel Fair from 20-28 of the month in Düsseldorf, Germany where 15 representatives from seven companies will be taking part.

MMPRC said that some companies have already submitted the promotional material for the exhibitions and they have been sent to their respective locations.

They noted that the support from the Maldives companies for the exhibitions this year is much greater compared to that of the previous year.

Aside from the aforementioned five travel and tourism fairs, the MMPRC has joined ten other exhibitions this year.
