Man attacked an injured in Male' City

A man has been attacked with a sharp object in Male' City. Maldives Police Service has confirmed the attack as well.

Police Media Official said that the attack took place in front of the National Drug Agency (NDA). The man injured in the attack reported to the police around 1 p.m. today, was taken to ADK hospital for treatment.

No details on the injuries have been released so far.

Managing Director of ADK Hospital, Ahmed Affaal told Sun Media that a man was brought to the hospital around 1:45 p.m. following an attack but no details can be given at this time as the treatment is still ongoing.
