Tree near Ghazee Building falls causing damages

A large tree near Ghazee Building has fallen over causing damages to some of the vehicles parked in the area.

Maldives Police Service said that the incident was reported around 5:30 a.m. this morning.

Police said that no one was injured in the incident but three motorcycles were damaged.

Photos received by Sun Media show that the tree fell over with the roots from the base and on top of the motorcycles.

In the current torrential showers has caused flood on some roads affecting traffic.
