Ageel appointed to Managing Director at MRDC

Hamdhee Ageel has been appointed as the Managing Director of the Maldives Road Development Corporation (MRDC).

Chairman of the Privatization Board, Mohamed Nizar confirmed the appointment via Twitter.

Ageel has previously worked in the government as the Executive Director at the Finance Ministry and the Chairman of STO Gas among others.

The new appointment to MRDC has come after the previous Managing Director, Mohamed Shafaau Hassan was dismissed less than a month in.
