Malaysian First Lady visits children’s shelter “Fiyavathi”

Malaysian First Lady Datin Paduka Rosmah Mansor has paid a visit to the State children’s shelter in Hulhumale’, “Fiyavathi”.

First Lady Rosmah Mansor is in Maldives for a two-day visit with Maldivian Prime Minister Najib Razak.

She was accompanied to the shelter by Maldivian First Lady Fathimath Ibrahim and Maldivian Minister of Gender and Family Aminath Zenysha Shaheed Zaki.

First Lady Rosmah Mansor spent time talking to the children at the shelter during her visit and viewed their art work and cultural items displayed at the shelter.

Malaysian International Youth Center made a donation to the shelter during the center. The donation was presented by Director at Malaysian International Youth Center, Dr. Mohamed Maliki Bin Mohamed Rapiee, and accepted by the CEO of Fiyavathi, Fathimath Shiyama.

PM Razak and First Lady Rosmah Mansor are scheduled to conclude their trip to Maldives this Wednesday evening.
