11 arrested in Thinadhoo in relation to gang violence

A total of 11 people have been arrested in Gaafu Dhaalu Thinadhoo in relation to gang violence.

Media Official of the Maldives Police Service said that one person was injured in the violence and the person is how in custody after treatment.

Police said that two motorcycles were also damaged in the incident and they too have been taken into custody of the police.

The violence was reported to the Police around 12:15 p.m. today.
