Young boy falls from second floor of building at Machangolhi

A young boy has been injured after falling from the second floor of a building located at the Machangolhi district of Male’ City this Saturday.

Reporters from “Sun” were witness to the boy falling from the window of the house Ma. Jaree Villa.

The seven-year-old was on top of a bunk bed placed near the window when he fell out. “Sun” has been informed the boy was circumcised just three days ago. He was wearing a sarong when he fell.

The extent of his injuries is unclear at this point.

The boy has been taken to Indhira Gandhi Memorial Hospital.

Police are operating at the scene.
