Maldives Customs Service’s Corporate Society has announced its looking for companies to build four 15-story mixed-residential towers at the Hulhumale’ Phase II area.
Customs Corporate Society made the announcement last Monday, instructing interested parties to email their expression of interest to [email protected] by 2 pm, December 4.
Monday’s announcement follows recent announcement by State Electric Company (Stelco) for interested parties to build two 15-story residential towers on their land at the Hulhumale’ Phase II area, and announcement by Island Aviation for interested parties to build three 15-story residential towers on their land at the Hulhumale’ Phase II area.
The Maldivian government inaugurated the major housing project “Hiyaa” last week. The project includes building 36 residential towers with 10,080 housing units.
Both State and private companies – local and foreign – are involved in the project.
