Evaluations for SATA 2017 begins in Sri Lanka

Evaluations for brands nominated from Sri Lanka for the South Asian Travel Awards 2017 have begun at the Ramada Hotel in Colombo.

The judges concluded their evaluations in Maldives and departed for Sri Lanka last Saturday.

Brands nominated from Sri Lanka are:

Evaluations will be complete in Sri Lanka on August 22.

Evaluations in India will begin at August 23 at The Chancery Pavilion in Bangalore. The judges will first evaluate nominations from brands operating in the south of India, and move to Udman Hotels and Resorts by Ferns N Petals in New Delhi on August 27 to evaluate brands operating in the north of India.

Event organizer, High Rise reports evaluations in Nepal and Bhutan will also be complete by September. More than 430 brands operating in the five countries have sent in nominations for SATA.

SATA 2017 is scheduled to be held in Addu City, Maldives from October 27 to 29.
