Lanka’s first 7-star residential complex joins Living Expo

Visitors to upcoming Maldives Living Expo will be able to pre-book apartments in Sri Lanka’s first seven-star residential complex, Achilleion.

Achilleion is a residential complex by Blue Mountain Properties.

It will have two twin skyscrapers of 50 floors each, connected by two skybridges which will function as helipads – one at the center of the towers and the other at the top.

Event organizer, Highrise reports that visitors will be able to pre-book apartments in the Achilleion residential complex at Maldives Living Expo.

The event will be held at National Art Gallery in Male’ City from February 16 to February 18.

Achilleion will be built on Station Road, Bambalapitiya, Colombo 04, near the Majestic City shopping mall.

The land where the apartment complex will be built – former parking lot of Majestic City – was bought by Blue Mountain Properties for 2.34 billion Rupees (USD 15.9 million).

The two towers of Achilleion residential complex will measure 170 meters in height, and eight of its 50 floors will be allocated for parking.

The complex will have 586 luxury apartments; one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom apartments, three-bedroom apartments, and luxury penthouses.

85 percent of the apartments will have the view of the Indian Ocean, to the west of Colombo.

Achilleion residential complex was designed by renowned Singaporean architectural firm Palmer & Turner Architects – one of the global top two residential designers.

The interior was designed by Singaporean company Index Interior.

Amnesties include parking for private helicopters and a fleet of Mercedes cars at disposal – which residents need to only pay fuel cost for.

The residential complex will have a restaurant with a 360-degree sky view, a 24-7 medical center, a backup ambulance, a cinema, a library, and a 28-meter infinity pool.

The residential complex is scheduled to be complete in August, 2020.

Visitors to the Maldives Living Expo will receive information regarding lifestyle products, the latest household products, home financing and insurance services.

Visitors will also be able to apartment hunt and make pre-bookings for apartments.

Some of the real estate companies participating in the event includes SeaLife Global, Apex Realty (Tata Housing), RPP Renatus and Nasandhura.

Local and international home and lifestyle companies will also be participating in the event.

Main sponsor of Maldives Living Expo 2017 is SeaLife Global, and the co-sponsor is Apex Realty – a subsidiary of Tata Housing.
