MATATO opens applications to join WTM

Maldives Association of Travel Agents and Tour Operators (MATATO) has opened for applications for those active in the Maldivian tourism industry to take part in the World Travel Market (WTM) Connect Asia.

The first WTM Connect Asia event was held in May 2016. After a successful exhibition, the event returns this year to be held from 17-19 May in Penang, Malaysia.

MATATO is an exhibition partner this year. While applications have been opened, the Maldives will receive six slots at the exhibition.

The exhibition would feature the top players in the Asian travel market. The deadline for application is 30 January 2017.

The first WTM exhibition held over 1700 meeting making 90 percent of the participants very happy.
