Renaatus has opened pre-booking for its 72-apartment complex which will be built in Hulhumale’.
Renaatus was given the go-ahead to build the apartment complex in June. It officially launched the project in October, and opened bookings this Sunday, December 18.
Renaatus reports that bookings can be made from the Beehive Hotel in Male’ City on December 18, 19 and 20 between 9 am to 6 pm.
The company reports it has arranged all material and workers needed to build the large apartment complex, and is currently carrying out work on building the foundation of the building at full swing.
People who buy the Ithaa Muiy apartments are expected to be able to move in by April, 2018.
Ithaa Muiy has 72 apartments, which include:
• 12 one-bedroom apartments
• 12 two-bedroom apartments
• 12 apartments with two bedrooms and one maid room
• 32 apartments with three bedrooms and one maid room
• 4 three-bedroom penthouses
Renaatus reports the apartments in the eight-story high apartment complex will be spacious, with both the apartments and the corridors designed to maximize natural light and air circulation.
The apartment complex will house a gym, cinema hall, play area, a private parking space for motorcycles and cars. The ground floor and first floor will house high-end shops.
Ithaa Muiy will be built in the Hulhumale’ waterfront area, a two-minute walking distance from Hulhumale’ Ferry Terminal.
Renaatus is a subsidiary of the construction company Renaatus Projects Private Limited which is based in southern India.
Previous projects by Renaatus in Maldives include building the Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Studies of Maldives National University, and repair work on Indhira Gandhi Memorial Hospital (IGMH).
