MDA: No branch of the party would meddle with internal affairs of other parties

Political party MDA of the Government Coalition has said that neither it’s leadership nor any branch of the party would meddle with the internal affairs of another political party.

MDA made the statement following a press release from the governing party, PPM this morning which said that while PPM has sent the names to represent the Party in official talks, a member of the MDA is saying that PPM has to decide the representatives with a specific procedure.

The PPM statement said that they are going to decide who would be presenting the party at the official talks, and a member of MDA has no authority to dictate the proceedings of PPM.

In response, the statement from MDA said that no party has shared any grievance with MDA so far regarding anything that has happened in the political arena. And if any such issue is shared with the party, they would happily accept and always work to resolve the matter within the set regulations.

MDA said that they are working within the Constitution and the laws and regulations of the political parties with priority to peace in the country.
