Over 100 cases of alcohol seized in Hulhumalé

Maldives Police Service has found and seized over 100 cases of alcohol in a special operation conducted in Hulhumalé.

Police said that a large number of alcohol bottles were seized at a row house believed to be occupied by expatriates.

The investigation so far has revealed that the alcohol were smuggled into the row house in jumbo bags.
