Kate Moss’s favorite place: Amilla Fushi, Maldives

British supermodel Kate Moss has revealed that her favorite place in the entire world is Amilla Fushi, a luxury resort in Maldives.

Kate made the revelation in the book Chic Stays by Conde Nast Traveller, in which she said that she had been in Maldives on multiple occasions, and that she loved the country.

“I love the Maldives - the beauty, the peacefulness, the wildlife, the privacy - but mostly the water; the water here is like nowhere else in the world. It's an overused phrase in these islands, but Amilla Fushi really is paradise, the most idyllic and relaxing place on earth,” said Kate.

She also said that contrary to popular belief that there was nothing to do in Maldives, she had never had a dull moment in the country.

“…snorkelling with turtles and sharks, fishing, a boat trip at sunset, all sorts of water sports. Under, over and on that astonishing water, there's so much going on,” said Kate.

The supermodel also wrote that she loved eating spicy yellowfin-tuna sashimi, local reef-fish tempura or any other fish dish at her favorite resort.

Kate also praised the modern design used by the resort as well as the excellence of service – praising in particular – her butler ‘Saddam’.

“Our smiley butler Saddam is so fabulous I always want to pack him up in my suitcase and take him home. Or even better, just stay here forever, drinking Piña Coladas on the beach and looking out across the infinite blue water from the deck of our home on stilts. That's the dream.”
