Two Maldivian Pilgrims on the holy Hajj Pilgrimage has started treatment in the ICU after the state of their health dropped.
Ministry of Islamic Affairs said that a Maldivian woman and a man are being treated in the ICU of the King Faisal Hospital in Saudi Arabia.
The Ministry did not reveal the identity of the two people on the family’s request.
Managing Director of the Hajj Corporation, Yameen Idris told Sun Media today that the pilgrim from their Hajj Group is being treated for shock.
He said that after a week of treatment, the person did not make it to Arafat due to poor health.
The details of the pilgrim from Echro Hajj Group in the ICU is unclear at this time.
Last night, 70-year-old Abdulla Nasir on the Hajj Pilgrimage with Sisilfaru Hajj and Umra Group passed away.
