A small fire incident has taken place in Mina at the area where the Maldivian Hajj Pilgrims were staying.
While no one was injured in the fire, some reports say that some pilgrims from other countries were affected by the smoke.
Managing Director of the Hajj Corporation, Yameen Idris told Sun Media today that the fire incident took place at a tent in the area where the Maldivian Pilgrims were staying and the fire started at the tent’s air condition unit.
He said that no Maldivian was close to the tent where the incident incited.
