Eid Prayers set for mass congregation at Maafannu Stadium

Ministry of Islamic Affairs has said that the Eid Prayer this Monday would be held in mass congregation at the Maafannu Stadium.

The Islamic Ministry said that this year’s prayer of Eid-al-Adha would be held in congregation at Stadium area, same as the previous years.

This year, the men would be praying on the turf pitch area and the women would be on the futsal pitch next to the turf pitch.

Islamic Ministry said that separate entrances would be allocated for men and women coming for the prayer in congregation.

The Ministry requests that all that attend the prayer leave on foot after the prayer.

But parking areas would be allocated at the pitch close to the Sports Center and the one towards Kalhuthuhkalaa Koshi (KK) for those arriving on motorcycles.
