Allied Insurance has said that their Islamic window – Ayady Takaful’s Ayady Hajj Takaful package has met with huge demand.
Ayady Hajj Takaful package offers up to MVR 100,000 insurance coverage for a premium of MVR 1,000.
Marketing Manager of Allied Insurance, Niushad Shareef spoke to “Sun” and said that the Ayady Hajj Takaful was hugely in demand.
“Today itself, the Ayady office place was completely packed. Most of them want the Hajj Takaful service,” said Niushad.
The insurance package covers loss passport, money, and loss of luggage or compensation for delays in receiving luggage.
Medical health services are covered free of charge in the package.
Those who wish to receive the Ayady Hajj Takaful can submit the proposal form along with a copy of passport, and a copy of their hajj ID card to either Ayady Takaful headquarters or Maldives Hajj Corporation.
2,000 Maldivians will be participating in the sacred hajj pilgrimage in Saudi Araba this year.
