15-year-old injured in traffic collision on Addu Link Road

A 15-year-old has been severely injured after his speeding motorcycle crashed into a pole on Addu Link Road.

Police Media Official said that the minor driving the motorcycle illegally sustained major head trauma in the collision that took place around 8:15 p.m. tonight.

Hithadhoo Regional Hospital said that the injured minor is being treated at the hospital and he sustained multiple fractures in his leg and is currently taking an X-ray.
