“Kerafaa” Naseem ordered to appear at the Police Station I 14 days

Maldives Police Service has ordered the Foreign Secretary of the MDP government, Ahmed Naseem, popularly known as “Kerafaa” Naseem, has been given a 14-day notice to appear at the Police Station.

Police said that Naseem is wanted as part of an ongoing investigation but has been unable to be questioned since he is abroad. And the notice has not been delivered either.

The Police said that failure to appear in the given duration would result in taking the necessary legal steps that follows.
