Immigration and MNDF signed MOU on information sharing

Immigration and the Maldives National Defence Force (MNDF) signed MOU for mutual cooperation on information sharing to enhance national security.

At a special ceremony held at MNDF today, the MOU was signed by the Controller of Immigration, General Moahmed Anwar and the Chief of Defence Force, Major General, Ahmed Shiyam.

Information Officer of Immigration, Hassan Khaleel told Sun Media that both parties would be more efficient in sharing information between the two under the agreement.

He said that MNDF has been providing full support in all requests from the Immigration and the MOU signed today would enhance the work of the two institutes and make it more efficient.
