Police release photos of 2 people wanted in Janavary Magu stabbing

Police have released pictures of two 19-year-old men wanted in the stabbing which took place in Janavary Magu on June 14.

Police are looking for Mohamed Shimaah Rasheed (G. Vadinolhuge) and Sadhoou Samiu (Saman, G. Dh. Faresmaathoda).

Police have requested for anyone with any information to contact the police immediately.

Two more people were arrested in relation to the stabbing earlier.

They were captured while in hiding in Th. Guraidhoo.

The men are suspected of being involved in a violent fight near Sonee Sports, which led to a

19-year-old man being stabbed.

He was stabbed in his head and stomach.

His condition is now stable.
