7 more Centro Mall bid-winners sign agreement

Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has signed agreements with seven more parties who won the bid for a spot at Centro Shopping Mall in Hulhumale’.

The agreements were signed in a ceremony held at HDC on Wednesday.

They were signed on behalf of HDC by the corporations Managing Director, Mohamed Simon.

HDC has now signed agreements with total 25 parties – 7 on Wednesday, and 17 other parties and Maldives Islamic Bank, earlier.

HDC has said that the parties have been given units at the mall, and that the mall would be opened as soon as they setup their shops.

Centro Mall is scheduled to be opened in July.

The mall will host a supermarket, salon, and shops selling household items, electronics, garments, textiles, and will have pharmacy and bank services available.
