A food night market to be held, especially for Ramadan

Ministry of Economic Affairs has made the decision to hold a food and beverage night market, especially for Ramadan.

The ministry made the announcement through Government Gazette on Wednesday. Inviting interested parties who wish to organize the night market to send in proposals.

The proposals need to include event concept – which carries 50 percent of the points, and fee for organizing and running the event – which carries the other 50 percent of the marks.

The party that comes out with the top points after evaluation will be awarded the event, said Ministry of Economic Affairs in its announcement.

An information session regarding the event will be held at the ministry on Thursday, at 1 pm.

The announcement said that interested parties were to send in their proposals at 11 pm, May 22.
