Dr. Muneeza appointed Chairperson of Maldives Center for Islamic Finance

Dr. Aishath Muneeza was appointed Chairperson of Maldives Center for Islamic Finance, on Tuesday.

President of Privatization and Corporation Board, Mohamed Nizar made the announcement on Tuesday via his Twitter account.

Today PCB has appointed Dr. Aishath Muneeza as the new Chairperson of Maldives Center for Islamic Finance limited.

Muneeza completed her Master’s Degree in Banking Law, and Doctor of Philosophy in Law.

Muneeza currently works for almost all companies in Maldives that offer Islamic Finance.

She also provides consultancy services to central bank – Maldives Monetary Authority (MMA) and Housing Development Finance Corporation (HDFC).
