Roadshows to be held in four cities of India to promote Maldives

Roadshows have started in India to promote tourism in Maldives.

The Roadshows that began today in Pune, Chandigarh, Hyderabad and Lucknow organized by the Maldives Marketing and Public Relations (MMPRC) would continue through Friday.

Sun Siyam Resorts, Dusit Thani, Adaaran Resorts and Lily Beach Resort and Spa are joining the MMPRC on the roadshows as five travel partners from the Maldives.

A lucky draw is being held at every road show where the winner gets a free vacation in the Maldives sponsored by Sun Siyam Resorts and Dusit Thani.

MMPRC held roadshows in India in the past year in New Delhi, Bangalore, Kolkata, Mumbai and Chennai.

India is the sixth biggest market for the Maldivian tourism. In the first quarter of 2016, 14,171 tourists visited the Maldives from India.
