Two gangs clash in Malé City

Violence has erupted between two gangs in the capital, Malé City.

It is unclear if anyone was seriously injured in the violence tonight that took place at the junction of PC World near Henveiru Stadium.

Police Media Official said that the Police are active in the area following reports of gang violence and that there have been no further information so far.

Witnesses at the scene told Sun Media that the violence erupted between two groups with about 20 people being involved. And said that the men were armed with wood beams and steel pipes.

Similar violence between two groups took place last Monday night as well near Maadu Garage in Henveiru.
