Masked men boards Reethi Beach resort and steal two safes

Masked men has got on the B. Atoll tourist resort, Reethi Beach and stolen two safes.

Police said that the theft was reported in the early hours of this morning and is currently under investigation.

“…Safes containing large sums of money was reported stolen. The Police is now investigating the case.” Police Media Official said.

He said that no arrests have been made so far.

A similar theft took place about two weeks ago at Gasfinolhu Resort. The staff of the resort was bound before the thieves got away with four safes.
