United Nations Assistant Secretary-General for Political Affairs Miroslav Jenca, who is currently on a visit to Maldives, met with Maldivian Foreign Minister Dhunya Maumoon on Sunday.
Though Foreign Ministry announced that the meeting had taken place, they are yet to reveal any details regarding the meeting.
Foreign Secretary Dr. Ali Naseer Mohamed also participated in the meeting.
Jenca is visiting Maldives upon invitation of Maldivian government, and is scheduled to meet with high-ranking government officials.
