Sheikh Mohamed Rasheed assigned Chairperson of Hajj Corporation

Sheikh Mohamed Rasheed Ibrahim Rasheed has been appointed Chairperson of Hajj Corporation.

He will be replacing former Chairperson, Dr. Aishath Muneeza.

Chairman of Privatization Board spoke to “Sun” on Wednesday and said that four changes had been made to Hajj Corporation.

In addition to appointing Sheikh Mohamed Rasheed as Chairman, the three directors of the Corporation has been replaced with Mohamed Riza of H. Umarufaru, Faruhad Daud from L. Gan and Adam Athif from B. Thulhaadhoo.

Despite the major changes, Yameen Idrees is still the Managing Director of Hajj Corporation.
