Nihan recovering, transferred out of ICU

People’s Majlis representative for Vilimale’, and Progressive Party of Maldives (PPM) Parliamentary Group Leader Ahmed Nihan Hussein Manik has been transferred out of Intensive Care Unit and into a private room in ADK Hospital.

Fellow Majlis representative, Vilifushi MP Riyaz Rasheed spoke to “Sun” on Monday and said that Nihan was transferred to a private room on Sunday and that he was recovering well.

“Nihan is now alright. He was transferred to a private room yesterday,” said Riyaz.

Nihan was taken to ADK Hospital after complaining of breathing difficulties and immediately admitted into ICU last Friday.
