A Bangladeshi citizen has been arrested in relation to case of Hawwa Zuha, 23, from L. Gan – found dead on the street.

Police informed “Sun” on Sunday that a Bangladeshi man was arrested in relation to the case on Saturday, and that court had granted a 15-day remand period for him.

Other arrests made in relation to the case include a 28-year old man and a 50 year-old woman – who lived in H. Droomge which was frequented by Zuha when she was alive.

Zuha’s mother has said that her daughter had been strangled to death, and that she had additional bruising on her upper thigh.

Zuha was found unresponsive on the street and doctors confirmed that she had been dead when brought to hospital.
