Cabinet meeting to be held at Thinadhoo tomorrow

President Mohamed Nasheed has decided to hold a meeting of the Cabinet in Thinadhoo tomorrow.

The meeting shall begin at 1 o’clock, at Thinadhoo Abaadhee Markaz, according to information provided by President’s Office today. According to the President’s Office, Ministers would discuss the issue of renaming Thinadhoo in the meeting, as proposed by Thinadhoo Island Council. Also, various projects for the development of Thinadhoo and Upper South Provice would be discussed in the meeting.

The Cabinet would also conduct a workshop at Thinadhoo, before the meeting, according to the President’s Office.
