Dhiraagu Eid Show delayed due to bad weather

The “Dhiraagu Eid Show 2015” scheduled for tonight at Raalhugandu (Surf Point) has been delayed to Sunday night due to bad weather.

Dhiraagu says that famous musicians and rising music bands in the country would be part of the Eid Show. They include, Detune, Habeys Boduberu (traditional drums) Group, Equatic Vibe, Arcadia and solo artist, Mooshan Mubarik (Mummu).

Eid Show is held by the Dhiraagu Social Corporative Responsibility (CSR) to promote local youth talents.

Public Service Media (PSM) would broadcasting the event live.

Dhiraagu has previously hosted the show on the occasion of Fitr Eid which follows the holy month of Ramadan. Dhiraagu said that they could not host the event to take part in the express their mourning for the attacks on the Muslims of Palestine.

The Dhiraagu Eid Show was first held in 2011. After three shows since then, the show has become one of the biggest music shows in the country.
