Hotel Asia Exhibition and Culinary Challenge beings at Dharubaaruge

The Hotel Asia Culinary Exhibition 2015 has begun at Dharubaaruge today with over 150 stalls.

The Chief Guest at the opening ceremony this morning was the Health Minister, Iruthisham Adam.

Director of Maldives Exhibitions, Ahmed Jaamiz said that over 400 chefs across Asia and from the resorts in the Maldives are taking part in the Culinary Challenge as part of the Exhibition.

He said that there are more than 150 stalls at the Exhibition this year. And so products from parties involved in the Maldivian tourism and Asian hotels would be displayed in their stalls.

Some of the stalls have opened tastings during the course of the Exhibition.

The Hotel Asia Culinary Exhibition 2015 would be held from 19-21 September.
