A delegation from MDP has left for Sri Lanka to update on the political state

A delegation from Maldives Democratic Party (MDP)’s Foreign Relations Committee has gone to Sri Lanka.

The delegation that left yesterday morning include MDPs’ Foreign Relations head and the former President of the Parliament, Abdullah Shahid, Ahmed Thasmeen Ali and from President Nasheed’s Defense Team, lawyer Hassan Latheef.

MDP said that they indent to share President Nasheed’s transfer back to prison, for First Lady’s summon to the Police and the political state of the country with the international community.
