Two expert witnesses give their testimonies in Aseel

The two expert witnesses who prepared the scene of crime report in the murder of Aseel Ahmed who was killed in front of Agora Express on Dhidhi Goalhi (Mahchangolhi), have given their statements at court.

An official from the Juvenile Court said today that the two expert witnesses from the Police were brought in on Thursday’s hearing of the trial.

The state has charged two 16-year-olds with terrorism for the murder of Aseel.

The minors were charged with terrorism for attacking Aseel in front of Agora Express at 8:45 p.m. on the night of 23 August 2014 with a group of people on motorcycle which led to his death.

They were charged under Article 2-A of the Anti-terrorism law.

The state has said that witness testimonies from the experts that prepared the medico legal has been scheduled for the hearing on 24 August.
