Seven excavators imported to hasten projects

Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) have imported seven excavators to hasten the projects undertaken by the company.

Speaking from the MPL area, the CEO of MTCC, the Public Company with Government Shares, Abdul Razzaq Haleem said that they imported excavators as the capacity allows as the EIA’s for the projects are being completed.

CEO Haleem said that they are now preparing to move the new excavators to project sites in the atolls.

He said that the government has awarded about 60 projects to MTCC and a lot of those projects have already begun.
