Next of kin of Noor Adam Hassanfulh,u who was murdered outside Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital (IGMH), has said that they want the death sentence for the people who killed him.
While 11 of his closest relatives has said that they want the death sentence, they are nine of them are his direct siblings, his mother and a step sibling.
Juvenile Court has said that aside 11 people, there are three step brothers on his father’s side but they are not included among his kinship.
Noor died on 28 March around 1:42 a.m. while undergoing treatment at IGMH from wounds sustained in an attack with a sharp object by two people who came on a motorcycle when Noor stepped out of the hospital.
Two minors were charged by the Juvenile Court in the case. One of them is being charged with murder in the first with a sharp object. The minor was at age 15 at the time of the crime.
The second minor is being charged as an accomplice to the murder. He was 17-years-old at the time of the crime.
When the two minors pleaded not guilty, the state presented 18 types of evidence against them.
The court said that all the witness testimonies were completed by 24 May.
The defense produced four witnesses for the minor charged with murder. And the minor charged as an accomplice presented three witnesses.
