A 16-year-old boy has been injured in an accident in Dhoodigan, Fuvahmulah, on Monday night.
The police spokesperson told Sun Online that the accident was reported at 22:50 p.m.
The 16-year-old boy – who was driving without a licence - did not suffer any serious injuries, the police spokesperson said.
“Three motorcycles were involved in the accident. One was carrying two 16-year-olds, and one of them was injured. He suffered minor abrasions on the arms and legs, nothing serious. The other two motorcycles were driven by adults, they were unharmed,” the spokesperson said.
The case is under investigation by the police.
