Dhiraagu has launched their online services via Facebook enabling Top-ups and bill payments through Dhiraagu Facebook page.
The service was introduced by the Assistant Manager of Public Relations Imjad Ali the Online Marketing Executive, Ibrahim Sobah at a special ceremony held at the head office of Dhiraagu.
While Dhiraagu has launched the first online services via Facebook in Maldives, the company says that they are working hard to reach customers though Social Media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
Talking about the newly introduced online service, the company says that two tabs, “Prepaid TopUp” and “Pay Bills” would be available on the company page on Facebook.
“Although the mobile applications do not show these two tabs the service is available through the web browser on mobile devices. Facebook mobile application does not show these tabs because Facebook does not offer this service. We are happy to announce that when Facebook starts this service, the integrations would be made by us.” Imjad said.
Imjad said that customers can make immediate payments can do so even though the service not under their name after they input the account number.
He said that with this newly introduced service, Dhiraagu customers can pay any postpaid bills in real-time whenever they want through Facebook.
“While a lot of people are busy at work, they no longer have to go to a shop or Dhiraagu Customer Front Office to play bills or reload. This service is available even on public holidays through our most friendly Facebook.” Imjad said.
He also said that they are happy to note that Dhiraagu is working to provide modern services like this on other platforms aside from Facebook.
