Sun Siyam Group initiates blood drive

Celebrating their 25th anniversary, Sun Siyam Group has begun a blood drive today donating blood to the Thalassemia Center.

Event organizing member Azza Hameed told Sun Media that the main reason to hold a blood drive is to continue the humanitarian services by the Sun Siyam Group.

She noted the support from staff of the Sun Siyam group as they take part in the blood drive. And the staff would be donating blood to the Thalassemia Center.

“We have planned our three resorts in this month. On different days (this would continue). On the 19th would be Olhuveli. And we expect there would be 100 donors.” Azza said.

Azza Hameed said that the blood drive today would continue until 5:30 p.m.

While a blood drive continues today celebrating the 25th anniversary of the Sun Siyam Group, yesterday, a children’s event was held at Vilimale’. And a Gaming Station was opened in the Vilimale’ “Kidakudhinge Hiyaa” orphanage.
