Man injured in traffic collision between a car and a motorcycle

A young man has been injured tonight in a traffic collision in Hithadhoo, Addu.

The Police Media Official said that the collision took place in front of the State Bank of India between a car and a motorcycle. He said that the collision was reported to the Police at 9:25 p.m. tonight.

An official from the Hithadhoo Regional Hospital said the young man injured in the collision is being treated at the hospital and his injuries are not serious.

“The young man is being treated. But his injuries are not serious.” The hospital official said.

Some of the traffic collisions in Addu City this year have been fatal.
