Two more arrested for attacking police officer

Two more people have been arrested on suspicion of attacking a police officer during the protest on Friday.

Police said that the 30-year-old woman and 19-year-old man were arrested under court orders last night.

Sun Online has been informed that the suspects are Naseema Ali, 30, and Raushan Ahmed, 19.

Criminal Court has given them detention periods of 15 days.

Four arrests were made earlier in relation to the attack. The suspects are Ahmed Ibrahim, 48, Ibrahim Ibad, 28, Abdulla Rasheed, 49, and Moosa Sharmeel, 35.
