The two men seriously injured in the Hithadhoo traffic collision are being brought to Male

Doctors have advised to send two out of the three people injured in the traffic collision between a pickup truck and a motorcycle to Male’.

A high official from the Hithadhoo Regional Hospital said that the two people whom the doctor advised to send to Male’ were the 22-year-old Abdulla Naveed and the 28-year-old Hussain Riyaz.

The official said that they are working to send the two men to Male’ as soon as possible.

“Trying to send the two people to Male’ as soon as possible. The doctors said that the condition of the two are equally serious.” The official said.

The third person injured in the collision was the 21-year-old Bangladeshi national Thalib Ahmed who is working for a Feydhoo group has been transferred to Feydhoo Medical Center.

“The condition of the Bangladeshi citizen is not so serious. He has now been transferred to Feydhoo Medical Center.” The Official said.

The traffic collision took place in front of the Happy Zone store on Hithadhoo main road around 3:40 p.m. today when the motorcycle collided with the pickup truck when it pulled into traffic in front of the Happy Zone store where it was parked.
