MPs of MDP stops parliament without megaphones

In the first parliament session after megaphones and things unrelated to the parliament were banned from the floor, MPs of MPD have stopped the session without such things.

Megaphones and things that would affect the proceedings and unrelated to the parliament were banned from the parliament floor at the meeting held yesterday.

The Vice President of the Parliament and the MP for the Hulhu-Henveiru constituents, Moosa Manik said that parliament cannot proceed without banning such things from the floor.

Celebrating the restrictions of the parliament proceedings without any megaphones and such as a victory and a joy, MP for the Addu Meedhoo constituents, Rozaina Adam tweeted saying, “Stopped the majlis without anything.”

On the agenda for today’s session were the debate and sending the name of Abdulla Hameed as the ambassador to Saudi Arabia to permanent committee of the parliament for research and take a decision. And presenting the report from the economic committee on the amendment to the tourism bill.
