The parliament has been stopped today after members of the opposition MDP takes over the admin desk.

While today’s session has been interrupted, the most important item on the day’s agenda is the discussion of the report about delaying the implementation of the new penal code by the National Security Council. But no member offered to discuss the report even at the beginning of the session today.

And the President of the Parliament announced that the vote would take place at 1:30 p.m. today.
While the committee has delayed implement the new penal code, according to the penal code, it would take effect starting tomorrow.
