Elderly woman injured in a traffic collision

An elderly woman has been injured today in a traffic collision at Hulhumale’.

Police Media Official told Sun Media that the elderly woman was hit by a motorcycle around 8:30 a.m. on Nirolhumagu. He said that the collision occurred while the woman was attempting to cross the road.

Police said that the elderly woman has been take to Hulhumale’ hospital and is receiving treatment. She suffered no serious injuries.

No word regarding the elderly woman has been received from the Hospital as of yet.
